HOUSE PRICES FALLING ALMOST EVERYWHERE

As the old economic books say, "do not look for an economic recovery until housing market stabilises ".

As we can see, courtesy of the Economist, almost all the most important housing markets still falling. Even CHINA, saw an important retreat last Quarter, but still growing...Maybe not for too long.

Governments will try to stimulate economies but real recovery and economic growth need the help of housing growth.
