As we can see in the P/E graphic starting in 1871, stocks can be good for the Long run BUT only if purchased at the right time !!!Right now, we are in the middle of a big deleverage of the system, that is bringing deflation in many assets.
How this "New World" that we are facing is going to be?? Basically, it is a very different world from the past.
The financed-based economy once dominated by leverage, cheap financing and low corporate taxes is OVER...
More regulation, lower leverage and higher taxes is what is coming in the Near Future...
